When you see a StoreScore, you can trust it's based on real customer experiences. Sometimes you'll see a status label that tells you how much data the score is based on. Here's what each label means:
Collecting Data (Days 1-7)
When a store first joins StoreScore, we don't show a score immediately. Instead, we:
- Gather data from actual customer transactions
- Wait for enough purchases to ensure the score is meaningful
- Make sure we have a reliable picture of customer satisfaction

Early Indicators (Days 8-21)
This score is based on real customer transactions and feedback, but it's still building:
- **It's genuine:** Every percentage point comes from actual customer experiences
- **It's developing:** The score may change more noticeably as more customers shop
- **It's reliable:** Even at this stage, it gives you a good sense of store performance

Stabilizing (Days 22-89)
This score is based on many customer transactions and is becoming very reliable:
- **Solid foundation:** Built from substantial customer experience data
- **Increasing stability:** The score changes less dramatically with each new order
- **High confidence:** Accurately reflects how customers feel about this store
*What this means for you:* This score is highly trustworthy and gives you an excellent picture of what to expect from this store.
Established (Days 90+)
This score represents the gold standard - a complete picture of store performance:
- **Full data set:** Based on a complete 90-day window of customer experiences
- **Maximum reliability:** The most accurate representation of customer satisfaction
- **Proven track record:** Shows consistent patterns of store performance
*What this means for you:* This score gives you complete confidence in understanding how other customers have experienced this store.
